I’ve never used an agency to find a Nanny position, how do I start?
Our goal is to make the placement process as seamless and stress-free as possible! To get started, explore our Services page to learn more about our experienced nannies and household professionals, as well as the personalized services we offer.
Next, complete our Placement Form so we can learn more about your family's unique needs, preferences, and schedule. Once we receive your form, we'll contact you to schedule a phone or in-person consultation.
Following your consultation, we'll thoughtfully match you with qualified candidates who align with your family's needs and values. You'll have the opportunity to review and interview your selected candidates before making your final decision.
Placement fees are due only after you have successfully hired a nanny or household professional through our agency.

Start by completing our online application and sharing a little about your childcare experience, qualifications, availability, and the type of role you're looking for. We'll thoughtfully review your application to ensure we're creating the best possible matches for both caregivers and families.
Qualified candidates will be invited to an in-person interview where we'll get to know you, learn about your childcare philosophy and career goals, and discuss the type of family you're hoping to work with.
Next, we'll complete professional reference checks and a comprehensive background check before welcoming you to our caregiver network and introducing you to potential families.
Once you've found the right fit, our support doesn't end there—we'll continue to be a resource throughout your placement to help ensure a successful, lasting match.

Unlike larger agencies that rely on volume, we take a personalized approach to every placement.
