We’ve never had a Nanny, how do we start?
Our goal is to make the placement process as seamless and stress-free as possible! To get started, explore our Services page to learn more about our experienced nannies and household professionals, as well as the personalized services we offer.
Next, complete our Placement Form so we can learn more about your family's unique needs, preferences, and schedule. Once we receive your form, we'll contact you to schedule a phone or in-person consultation.
Following your consultation, we'll thoughtfully match you with qualified candidates who align with your family's needs and values. You'll have the opportunity to review and interview your selected candidates before making your final decision.
Placement fees are due only after you have successfully hired a nanny or household professional through our agency.

Most importantly, our relationship doesn't end once a placement is made. We provide ongoing support throughout the process to help ensure a smooth transition and a positive experience for both families and caregivers because exceptional care starts with the right connection.
We originally began in the Lake Country area but have since expanded to serve families and nannies throughout the greater Milwaukee area! Don't worry- we're always open to working with families and nannies beyond these locations. We'd love to hear from you!

Yes! We understand that investing in quality childcare is a big decision. We offer flexible payment plans for placement fees. Contact us to discuss the option that works best for your family.
Rather than one large payment, our fees are spread throughout the hiring process.
First, you'll pay the Service Fee when you sign your Placement Agreement.
Once you've found the perfect home provider and officially hire them, you'll pay the Placement Fee.
After your home provider begins work, you'll pay their wages directly to them.
This keeps the process straightforward and ensures you only pay each fee as you reach the next step!
