Hi, I'm Carrie, founder of Nannies of Lake Country. With nearly 8 years of professional childcare experience and a background in early childhood development, I've had the privilege of supporting families in a variety of roles, including nannying, house management, and travel-nanny positions.

Throughout my career, I've cared for children of all ages while helping families navigate everything from establishing routines and supporting developmental milestones to managing busy household schedules and coordinating travel.

As both a childcare professional and a parent myself, I created Nannies of Lake Country to provide families with a more personal and thoughtful approach to the placement process. One that prioritizes meaningful connections, open communication, and lasting relationships!
