Getting started is simple - begin by exploring our services, then complete our Family Placement Form so we can get to know your household, schedule, and what you're looking for in a caregiver.
From there, we’ll review your information and schedule an introductory meeting to learn more about your family and answer any questions you may have. After that, we’ll present a carefully selected group of qualified nannies who align with your family’s lifestyle, values, and care preferences, making it easier to find the right fit!

What are the Steps?
Start by filling out our Family Placement Form so we can learn more about your family's needs and the type of home provider you're looking for.
Once we receive your form, we'll schedule an in-person meeting to get to know you, your family, and your childcare needs.
During this visit, we'll create a personalized family profile that qualified home providers will review before deciding whether to move forward with an interview.
After our meeting, we’ll send you our Placement Agreement to review and sign. Your Deposit is due at the time of signing, allowing us to officially begin your personalized search!
Now for the fun part - meeting your potential nanny! We’ll handle the search and share the candidates who best match your family’s needs. You’ll have the opportunity to interview the nannies you’re most interested in and choose the person you feel is the best fit for your family!
Once you’ve officially decided who you’d like to hire, just give us a heads-up! We can help you navigate contract negotiations, or you’re welcome to use your own contract or your nanny’s. Once everything is finalized, you’ll pay your nanny directly for their wages based on the schedule and rate you’ve agreed upon together. These payments are separate from your agency fees, so you’ll know exactly what to expect as you get ready to welcome your new nanny!
